I Love Indian Foods

Nasa $11. Kumusta naman ang budget?

Lolx!

Happy Birthday Singapore

Happy Birthdaaaay Singapore!

I am so blessed to be stuck in here.

For me, spoiled na spoiled sila dito.

Maganda at efficient na transportation, clean and green environment.

Peaceful kahit multi-racial country.

Grabe! Almost perfect na talaga dito. Kulang na lang talaga snow.

Kaya Thank you talaga Singapore
for adopting me here.

Sana someday makagawa ako ng contribution dito kahit papanu.

Mmmmm...anu kaya ang pwedeng gawin?

May suggestions kayo kabayan?

Happy Sabado!!

Hi Kabayans!
First time that I'm gonna show my selfie here on my blog. Kaya pag nakita nyo po ako anywhere , just feel free to greet me okay?

Sa school tuturuan ka para panu magwork for more than 20 years. Dito ituturo sayo in 3 yrs time ay kung panu yumaman at maging blessing din sa iba. Start from scratch, YES. Anu kapalit? time and financial freedom -- WHY NOT??

My Singapore story,
8 years nko dito sa Singapore at for the first time in my entire life here, I think it's time to move on and do something new para sa pagbabago.

Ang pagbabago po , whether sa sarili mo o sa financial life mo starts with you. And I believe pagnagawa mo 'to, the rest will come like good relationships, blessings and more opportunities.

"14 years I spent my days in school to graduate. Get a job and work for another bloody 20 more years! Now it's time to flip the card. I will work on this in 3 years time so I could spend the rest of my life doing what I really want without worrying of bills chasing me every month. Well I know bills would still be there , but after 3 years? they wouldn't matter anymore. I should learn to give up something BIG for something BIGGER! A NEW world is about to unfold. Just need to keep pushing myself for an awesome future!

Good morning everyone!!!

#lovinlife
#blessed
#happysaturday"

O ayan po!

See you ulit on my next blog.
You can check my personal blog na rin po at www.dinxcarin.com

Happy Saturday talaga!

Cheers!!!!

Olaprice Dot Com is a Scam?

Just be warned:

If you're thinking of buying anything from the con website OlaPrice or StreetDeal Singapore, READ MY WARNING here. They will charge you an extra $88 2 days after your initial receipt without you knowing. If you do not cancel this $88 (membership fee), they will not refund you.
They will auto enroll you as a member with this $88 charged and you need to be aware of it to cancel it within 48 hours.. They include this in the last line of an email receipt which is intentionally placed in such a way that you will most likely miss it. If you miss this 48 hours window. Your credit card is charged.
Share it as much as possible as their items are priced very cheaply and people will tend to view it as the "full" sum they're supposed to pay, unaware that they'll sting you with an $88 extra charge 2 days later.
You have no recourse over them. CASE and Small Claims does not interfere with this as it is a loophole they're exploiting. their disputes are to be raised to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)
They include this in their T/C when purchasing their items.
"Any claim, dispute, or controversy shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)"
Arbitration fees start in excess of $2140. Its not worth the trouble to get back $88 to file such fees. They know this loophole and are continuously exploiting it.
They will most certainly delete and block you from their facebook page comments so that it will not be visible to others on facebook. A telltale sign would be their "offers" posts that are paid promotions. Nobody seems to comment on these good deals And if if there ARE comments, you most likely will not se any. Even net savvy individuals from hardwarezone and VR forums have been conned. If you've bought anything from them, don't bother to complain. its a loophole that you have no recourse on.
Again share this post as much as possible for awareness. Especially to friends who are not so net savvy.
Footnote: Olaprice and Streetdeals are from the same parent company and are using the same shady business tactic. While I personally cannot claim against them, nothing is stopping me and all of you from sharing this and making people aware of their shady practices. So again. Share to everyone you know and on all big groups in Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Pintrest/tumblr and your own friends.

Bawal Magkasakit

Anyways, I'm back!

So sad di ba?

Prevention is better than cure kumbaga. Maniwala kayo saken.
Kala ko we are all born to get sick
but I was wrong!!
Pwede po i-prevent ang sakit.

I am blogging this out kasi I care for you my kabayans out there.

Kung gusto nyo pong ma-optimize ang health nyo or kung may kilala kayong may diabetes, highblood, arthritis, ghout , migraines, etc, I am inviting you po for our Health Talk.

See you soon!
Will be waiting for your sms.
