Over the years they've had to learn to grapple with (among other things): the dreaded PSLE, casual racism, learning Singlish, and making friends. Now they can't picture living anywhere else but here. This is their family's story.

Why Pray If God Already Knows Everything? | Joseph Prince
Share ko lang sa inyo mga kabayan ang nakakabless na pastor namin dito sa Singapore, Joseph Prince.
Nabago talaga nya ang perspective ko about life, faith, God and Jesus.
I used to hate Christians kasi tingin ko sa kanila mayayabang, sobrang perfect, plastic at judgemental
na feeling mo sila lang ang mapupunta sa Heaven. Well, totoo naman yan. May mga ganyang Christians
talaga. They are Christians by "Law". Pero I am so blessed God has not stopped chasing and seeking me.
ni-lead pa rin nya me sa truth about True Christianity and mas makilala sya lalo.
Na si God ay hindi judgemental god na inaakala natin na lagi tinitingnan ang failures at mga pagkakamali
natin, but He is god of mercy, love and grace.
Guys! Marami pa kong ishare sa inyo about life, being a Christian by "grace" and of course panu yan
nakakatulong saten na OFWs at malalayo sa pamilya natin.
Subscribe lang kayo guys and I promise, puro makakabless ang isishare ko sa inyo.
Madami na din kong natutunan sa life and i-share ko din yan sa inyo.
For now, watch nyo muna tong sermon ni Pastor Joseph Prince at let me know your thoughts.
Keep an open mind and heart guys. Kasi etong matutunan nyo sa video ni Joseph Prince ay sobrang tagos sa banga.
This clip is from: Joseph Prince—How To Pray Powerful Prayers (16 Jun 2013) @josephprince
If you're wondering why we still need to pray since God already knows us inside out, this one's for you!
The Bible says that prayer, or asking, is powerful. Many times we don’t have something simply because we didn’t ask for it (see James 4:1). And when we don’t have what we need or want, we can get frustrated and even try to get hold of it by our own means.
In the Bible, we see that David learnt it the hard way. While David used his own means—causing more harm to the people around him and himself—to get the things he wanted to satisfy his heart, he realized he could have just asked the Lord, and He would have given him much more (see 2 Sam. 12:7–8). Truly, God knows what we need, what we dream of, and most importantly, what is best for us.
Whatever you are seeking today, just come to the Lord and ask! Tell Him what you need or wish for because He is waiting and eager to hear. More than that, His blessings never run dry and He is willing and able to freely give them to you (see Rom. 8:32). All you need to do is ask.

The real Jesus who loves me as what I am and not judging me.
Who accepts all my imperfections and washed away all my sins.
Who became my strength in the midst of my challenges and troubles.
And through Jesus' sacrifice at the cross, He has made me whole.
He has healed me of all my sickness so I can continue to contribute
in His kingdom here on earth.
Kabayan, if you still haven't accepted Jesus as your personal Lord
and Savior. I encourage you to do it now.
We are living in an uncertain times. Secure muna natin ang Soul natin
not through our good works but through Jesus works at the cross.
He loves you so kabayan and as I am writing this right now
healing through Jesus is happening in your body.
Don't forget to thank Jesus after kabayan ha.
If you are ready to accept Jesus as kabayan,
just say this prayer ...
Father I thank you that you love me so much, no matter what my past has been you have a future for me that is bright.
I thank you for the gift of your son, Jesus and I desire to experience all that he gave his life for me to have.
I choose now to turn from my own way, and I ask you to cleanse me of all unrighteousness. I believe that Jesus died to take my sin and rose from the dead that I may be forgiven.
I call upon Jesus to be Lord of my life and I choose to follow you.
I declare that right now I am your child and I am free to be who you created me to be, in Jesus name I pray. Amen.
Interior design, go-green facility, cleanliness and service was good.
Relaxing ang place and mabango din. Amoy malinis talaga.
Yun nga lang di kami happy sa breakfast. It wasn't that we expected siguro kasi
di naka-buffet due to covid restrictions. Sinerserve nila tapos ang tagal. took almost like 30minutes
waiting time siguro and it wasn't satisfying at all.
Pag staycation or travel kasi yan ang isa sa pinaka-importante samen,
yung food lalo n a sa breakfast.
Anyways, will post some of the comments below from the others para kayo na po bahala magdecide.
Overall experience-wise, good naman.
Reviews:
- Bathtub 10/10. Bed 10/10. Room 10/10.
- Room and the whole building were great but other than that, the service was lacking. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had before, facility was fully booked even before you checked in, some booking I know only got their room at 6 pm, totally unbelievable.
- Parkroyal collection is truly a beauty! Everything was great! Really enjoyed the time there and definitely the view. The walking distance to Chinatown Point is super near too! The only downside was the limited Channel provided. But overall still highly recommend this suite!
- Our suite was great and the service was excellent. Would definitely come back here over and over again.
- Love the room, it was spacious and well equipped with a fantastic view. Some of the switches aren't working, but that seems endemic among the hotels so I came prepared. Apart from that, no issues. The staff were friendly and went the extra mile, will definitely come back again.
- This hotel is perfect for a short getaway! I was totally amazed by the design of the room as well as the in built technology. Could be better if the TV was able to connect to Netflix hahaha.
- Spacious room and impeccable service. Food was good though could be even better. Great stay!
- My family had a great staycation, we were able to extend late check-out and they even gave anniversary amenity as we were there to celebrate my parent’s wedding anniversary. Room was clean and spacious.
- Super good deal with the Junior suite. Great service, great view and great location. It was an enjoyable stay, and the hotel even remembered to send a birthday cake for my mum with a handwritten card. Really appreciate the sweet thought! :)
- Absolutely enjoyed my stay here! Especially chinatown point and hong lim market have plenty of good food options!
- Awesome room, spacious and good view. The room is clean and wifi is strong. Good TV program. Love the greeneries around the premises. Highly recommended.
- Had a pleasant stay at pickering hotel with nice staff and awesome service. Rec a birthday cake for my birthday as well. 👍🏻
- Had an amazing stay at this hotel. We booked the junior suite room and were welcomed by a beautiful view. The stay was very comfortable and the pool was 100% chill. The service was prompt and great too!
- Central location, with easy access to Central and Chinatown Point, and can order in food easily! Service was great and the pool was awesome to chill In.

We went there so late na like 5pm till 6:45pm. It closes by 7pm.
Nagwalk lang kami and explore a bit. Maganda 'yung Pod nila, instagrammable sya
kaya have fun taking photos while in there. You can have a look at the sea also while in there
kaya enjoy the moment.
We continued walking through the coastal boardwalk. It's so relaxing din.
Sayang kasi our time was limited kaya we need to hurry back. Medyo muntik pang umulan.
Pod at Coastal boardwalk lang napuntahan namin that time and of course, babalik pa din kami.
Soon guys will update you. Meanwhile, enjoy my video first para may idea kayo what it looks
like in there. Heard may crocodiles dun but they only come out in the morning.
Hopefully on our next visit, magpakita na sila . lol! Ang aga naman kasi!
Description I got from Googlr:
The 130-hectare Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve is the largest mangrove forest in Singapore and became Singapore's first ASEAN Heritage Park in 2003, and is recognised as a site of international importance for migratory birds.
And situated beside it will be the 31-hectare extension, boasting rich mangrove and coastal forests which are home to diverse species of fauna such as tree-climbing crabs and mudskippers.
1. Visitor Centre
The new Visitor Centre houses a mangrove gallery, which features interactive educational tools such as multimedia games, a live camera feed that transmits and screens live scenes from various areas of the Reserve, and static displays featuring information on the mangrove habitat.
This will also be a good place for everyone in the family to empty their bladders or to hydrate themselves courtesy of the water coolers or vending machines before embarking on the nature trails.
3. Coastal boardwalk
The coastal boardwalk offers a scenic and breathtaking view of the Kranji waterfront with a lookout point where raptors such as the Ospreys and White-Bellied Sea Eagles can be spotted hunting for prey.
5. Pods
Five pods have been constructed at various locations around the wetland reserve extension. These raised viewing platforms allow visitors unobstructed views of the reserve and the sea.
